Building Your Revenue Loadpath

Pre Work

Before we commence the formal assessment, the last 12 months of revenue by sales rep, pipeline exports from the CRM, the org chart, current job descriptions, and any existing sales reporting that is currently in place is analysed. Reviewing this data in advance allows Immersive Insights to cross-reference what is being claimed against what the data shows, separating opinion from evidence.

Identification

All 22 module scores feed automatically into the Revenue Loadpath™ Diagnostic Dashboard. The dashboard calculates a total score out of 110, assigns a maturity band of Overloaded (At Risk), Loading (In Progress), Load-Bearing (Performing), or Full Load (Optimised), and surfaces the three priority action areas. This single page becomes the core of your findings report and the basis of your phased implementation roadmap.

Assessment

We facilitate a structured 3 to 4 hour working session with the Sales Manager and one or two senior reps. We work through each of the 22 modules in order using the embedded diagnostic questions. The goal is to surface evidence, not gather opinions. We score only what you can verify.

Roadmap

The diagnostic translates scores into a prioritised four-phase implementation plan. Phase 1 Stabilise shores up critical failure points and creates breathing room. Phase 2 Architect designs and builds the complete Revenue Loadpath™. Phase 3 Amplify applies force to a structure engineered to carry it. Phase 4 Optimise refines and strengthens the path permanently. Each phase builds the load-bearing foundation for the next.

Scoring

In each module, a score of 1-5 is assigned based on the status of each area. The five maturity levels range from Absent/Ad Hoc through to Optimised. A score of 3 means elements are defined but not consistently followed. A score of 4 requires verified, active use. Most of our clients sit between 1.5 and 3 on first assessment.

Execution

Immersive Insights delivers each phase as a structured engagement. Progress is tracked against the original diagnostic scores, providing measurable improvements in sales maturity during each phase. The framework becomes the reference point for every subsequent coaching, advisory, and enablement session.

Phase 1 - Stabilise
