Over the past 25 years Nathan has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience working with some of the worlds largest equipment dealers and manufacturers. Over this time Nathan has built a broad range of skills that have consistently delivered results. Working simultaneously across all areas of the supply chain, from manufacturing, purchasing, production and demand planning, logistics and commercial roles responsible for both wholesale and retail targets has developed Nathan's resilience and determination to succeed.

In 2014 Nathan received the degree of Master of Business & Technology from the University of New South Wales and also possess qualifications in Marketing, Logistics and Management. In 2016 Nathan completed a Certificate IV in Fitness and completed the Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certification.
